Yes, as per our booking policy, reservations for 6 or more guests require a deposit of £5 per person to secure the table. Once availability is confirmed, you will receive a deposit link via email, which must be paid within 72 hours to lock in your booking. Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled more than 72 hours before your visit.
Yes, we normally require food pre-orders for all parties of 6 or more guests. Once your deposit is paid, we will email you a personalised pre-order link. You can easily forward this link to your guests so everyone can choose their own dishes, select their number of courses, and note any dietary requirements or allergies. Pre-orders must be completed at least 5 days prior to your booking.
Yes, BACS payments and invoice options are available for corporate events and large group bookings. Please contact our team at groupbookings@wildwoodrestaurants.co.uk ahead of time so we can set up an invoice and ensure funds are cleared prior to your event date.
