Of Wildwood Gift Cards
1.1 Wildwood Gift Cards are available for purchase online through our website https://wwws-uk1.givex.com/cws4.0/wildwood/ and in any of our Wildwood locations.
1.2 Gift Cards can be purchased in £ sterling with a minimum value of £10. E-gift cards can be paid via VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Gift Cards brought in branch can via VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Cash.
1.3 Each transaction is subject to fraud checks and Wildwood reserves the right to refuse any order if the payment requires additional verification or for any other reason, without providing an explanation.
1.4 Gift Cards ordered through the website will be sent to the delivery email address specified in the order.
1.5 Wildwood E-Gift Cards are typically be dispatched via email within 1 hour, we recommend recipient to check their junk/spam mail folder to ensure delivery. Alternatively, you can select a delivery date in the future.
1.6 Refunds are not available on the purchase of Wildwood Gift Cards. Once payment has been processed, orders can only be cancelled by contacting our customer service team via email with proof of purchase on customercare@wildwoodrestaurants.co.uk
2.1 Wildwood Gift Cards are redeemable at any Wildwood location and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2.2 All monies on the card must be used by the expiry date, which is 12 months from the date of purchase for physical gift cards and 12 months from the date of purchase for digital gift cards. Any balance remaining after the expiry date will be deducted and the card will become void.
2.3 Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or used as credit, debit, or cheque guarantee cards.

2.5 Wildwood reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the Gift Card with reasonable notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
3.1 Wildwood is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Gift Cards, including any loss incurred as a result of Gift Cards being lost or stolen.
3.2 Any discrepancies in the quantity of Gift Cards received must be reported immediately by contacting Wildwood Customer Service at customercare@wildwoodrestaurants.co.uk
3.3 Wildwood is not responsible for any failure to meet its obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, trade disputes, governmental intervention, fire, flood, or IT infrastructure failures.
4.1 Gift Cards are issued by and remain the property of Wildwood, whose registered office is 32 Charlotte Street, London W1T 2NQ.
4.2 Wildwood may amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any disputes arising out of the use of the Gift Card will be subject to the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
